Rich "Goose" Gossage grabbed 86% of the votes to be inducted into the BBHOF. I think it is a well-deserved nod, and it was a very tough group this year - Jim Rice, Blyleven, Dawson, and other guys I grew up watching. Goose was one of those pitchers I hated to see coming to the mound because I knew the game was pretty well over at that point. Of course, you cannot forget the 'stache, and you sure in the heck wouldn't want to meet the guy in a dark alley after saying something bad about his mother... Well, really, you'd be off your rocker to say anything about his mother to begin with. Congratulations, GOOSE!
