PAD Circus - 072 - 152 Packs on the Wall...

Hello, and welcome back to PAD Circus! You know, I really wish I had been keeping a tally of how many packs we've been busting rather than the number of posts... Ah well, lesson learned. I mean, sure, I could go back over the last 72+ posts and figure it out, but... Well, okay, how about I do that.

Give me a couple minutes here...

WOW!! Okay, so it turns out, we have opened at least 151 packs so far this season! What!?! Now, I named anything we busted open in a separate "list" as a pack. So, some "packs" have 4 cards and some have 80 cards. So, in reality, the number of packs is probably more than what I quickly counted. That is insane! Hahaha!

Starting with the next post, the PAD Circus number will be the number of PACKS we've opened instead of the post number. That should prove confusing enough...

Okay, let's rip a pack!

Pack #152 - 2014 Topps Update:
Nyjer Morgan - Indians - Enamel Rods (Wahoo!!)
Mike Olt - Cubs - Sons of Diagoras (Wahoo!!)
Ubaldo Jimenez - Orioles - Pedersej (Wahoo!!)
Jeff Samarardzija - A's - Dayf (Wahoo!!)
Joe Smith - Angels - Angels in Order (Wahoo!!)
Jose Abreu Future is Now - White Sox - Dominic FDNY (Wahoo!!)
Roberto Clemente World Series Heroes - Pirates - Brian C (Wahoo!!)
Hector Rondon - Cubs - Sons fo Diagoras (Wahoo!! x2)
Jake McGee - Rays - TS Henson (Wahoo!!)
Miguel Cabrera All-star - Tigers - Ryan G (Wahoo!!)
Jose Abreu All-star - White Sox - Dominic FDNY (Wahoo!! x2, Near-Repeat Performance!)
Chris Sale - White Sox - Dominic FDNY (Wahoo!! x3, Back-to-Back!!)

Wow! The White Sox really cleaned up in this pack! Congrats to Dominic FDNY! For those wondering about the "Near-Repeat Performance," here ya go: a "Repeat Performance" is the same player on the same card from the same pack (a duplicate card). A "Near-Repeat Performance" is the same player from the same pack but in a different pose or an insert, parallel, etc (not a duplicate card). That Clemente is great! Of course, being from the 'Burgh and growing up during part of his playing days, I have a special place in my psyche for Mr. Clemente.
