Ah, so the doctor said he wasn't even going to go down the 'swine flu' route since it's not flu season anymore. Nevermind that I have every symptom and was armed with various news reports indicating this flu did not have a 'season.'
But, I also have the doctor that was pretty sure I'd be short a toe because of the spider bite I received a few years ago. My doctor is one of those "worst-case scenario" type guys. Except this time.
The good news is that I am on medicine that should help me get better. The meds to combat dizziness also create blurred vision and drowsiness, so I'm not sure which is actually worse. Guess we'll see....
The bad news is that my fantasy baseball team (Tribecards Trundles) took a 10-0 loss this week. My poor guys have had a very bad season. I suppose after the all-star break, I may have to diversify. Then again, these are my guys...
I don't mean to kick you when you are down but I would love for you to have a repeat performance of last weeks Fantasy record.
ReplyDeleteBeing sick in the summertime sucks. Then again, it's practically winter where I live, so it all ties together ... somehow.
ReplyDeleteGet better soon!
ReplyDeleteNothing like a good sickness to ruin a summer. Are you sure the dizziness isn't from looking at too many Sport Flix cards?
ReplyDeleteHope your feeling better by now. Are you sure you're just not feeling sick from watching the Tribe play? The upcoming All-Star break should provide the rest you need.
ReplyDeleteFeel better! The All-Star break is the time you want to be making a move if your fantasy side is struggling and needs a jump start.
ReplyDeleteOh take it easy if you can and we hope you feel better soon.
