Today's pack comes from the 1994 Fleer Sunoco Atlantic collection:
Let's bust open a pack of five cards and see what's inside:
Darren Daulton - Phillies - .5 points - TonT Total: .5 points - Daulton seems to be sporting something close to a mullet. In fact, when you look at the back of the card, not only is it a mullet, he has a curly-q that comes around this forehead and nearly touches his eye... Talk about a 90's look...
Cecil Fielder - Tigers - .5 points - TonT Total - 1 point - By the time this card came around, he'd been playing for nearly 10 years. I think he ate well in the Bigs...
Kirby Puckett - Twins - .5 points - TonT Total - 1.5 points - I'm thinking this is a batting practice pose. At least he looks like he is going to crush the ball...
Tim Salmon - Angels - .5 points - TonT Total - 2 points - I like the position of Salmon on the card. He looks like he about to run right off the thing, though the goofy look on his face brings things back to reality...
Frank Thomas - White Sox - .5 points - TonT Total - 2.5 points - If this card had a caption, it would read: "Don't Mess With Me"
In a pack of five cards, I walked away with 2.5 points. The pack was a bust as far as Tribe cards go, but at least I avoided the traps!
