Still without power

4:30pm on Saturday, and there is still no power at the Tribecards homestead. Latest word is some time very early Sunday morning.

This reminds me of the ice storm we had back in 2000. Then, though, we were out for a week.

    We were without power for a solid week after Hurricane Isaac. A lot of battery-powered radios and phone charging sessions in the car.

      I can't imagine the nightmare of waiting out after a hurricane. We, too, did lots of car-charging to keep things going. It finally came on late Saturday evening. Thanks for your well wishes!
