Tribecards from Outer Space: Draft Results and Sunday Night Pack

Hey everyone!  The draft results are in! We had one shut out: 2x3 Heroes. Sorry, man. I actually thought we weren't going to have any, but things folded in quickly.

As of tonight, we have more that 1600 players in the system. That's pretty huge in my book, considering we've only been opening packs for a few months. As for the actual number of cards? Well, I am up to five (5) 800-count boxes that are used for sorting. They aren't full, but the fact I had to move into five of them says a lot!

Here is how the draft went down (you can skip this if you are just here for the pack break!):

As for tonight's pack break:

This is a cello pack of 1998 Score Rookies and Traded. It is unmarked in any way, so I have no idea how one went about acquiring these. I also have no idea how many are in here. So, let's find out.

Travis Fryman - Indians (Wahoo!) - Workman (Wahoo!!)
Bartolo Colon - Indians (Wahoo!) - Bo Rosny (Wahoo!!)
Eli Marrero - Cardinals - Free Agent
Brian Anderson - DBacks - Bo Rosny (Wahoo!!)
Jason Dickson - Angels - Free Agent
Wilton Guerrero - Dodgers - Free Agent
Alex Rodriguez - Mariners - Matthew Wilson (Wahoo!!)
Magglio Ordonez - White Sox - Jafronius (Wahoo!!)
Mike Cameron - White Sox - Bo Rosny (Wahoo!!)
Jay Buhner - Mariners - Fan of Reds (Wahoo!!)

Wow! Is that the first pack in which a manager scored THREE cards!? Bo knows Score RT, I'd say. Congratulations to the other managers who seem to have narrowly been able to walk away with anything from this pack. Top that off with TWO Indians cards, too! Just, wow!

  1. Why don't I just pick everyone available. Oh yeah - cuz that would leave me with crappy cards.

    1. Haha, true, but that's the great thing about this seasonal break: if you are trying amass a large collection of cards in general, you can. If you want to be picky, you can.
